Greek Cookery from the Hellenic Heart is George's second book and, in the same way his first book was a stunning reflection of his critically acclaimed restaurant The Press Club, this comes straight to you from another of George's incredible eateries: Melbourne's Hellenic Republic. Like the restaurant, the book is brimming with uncomplicated, delicious Greek food with flavours that will have you longing for the sights and sounds of the Aegean landscape.
