Photographer Frances Andrijich’s unusual fascination with the clothesline has made the world just a little brighter. Paired with Susan Maushart’s witty and illuminating text, these images are by turns whimsical, meditative and transgressive, and have all the intoxicating freshness of a basket of sun-dried sheets.

Frances Andrijich is an award-winning photographer who has published 11 books, including the stunning 2013 publication Margaret River. Her work has featured nationally and internationally in magazines from Good Weekend to Gourmet Traveller. Frances is based in Perth. She has also published The West A Visual Celebration of Western Australia - Australian Photographic Gallery
Susan Maushart is an author and journalist, the author of six books and lives between Perth and New York.
