EatTHIS! is a self-published cookbook series featuring easy-to-follow traditional vegetarian recipes from a particular cultural theme. The first installment is a celebration of Jades own cultural heritage, and a means to share the stories, traditions and flavours of her own family.
It features over 40 recipes most from her own nonna and her extended family. All are incredibly simple, easy to follow, and likely to be the most delicious thing youve ever made the very essence of Italian food culture.
