Recommended by Lana

Lana works in the marketing department at Boffins Books and spends the rest of her time writing and wrangling her little kids. You'll find her reading from every aisle at the store, as her interests range wide.

My reccommendation for this book comes tried and tested from the kitchen of a fussy eater. My little one usually says no to absolutely everything (even before he sees the food), but I found the breakfast bars amazing. He even came back for seconds. My favourite part about the book is the lunchbox sample menu. Lee gives you a full week of ideas for healthy snacks to add, and she even includes great tips like what foods keep well in the freezer for use at a later date. If you're stuck for ideas on tasty but healthy recipes for the whole family, this is the book for you.
