Everyone must have heard by now of Michael Mosley’s book “The Clever Guts Diet”. Pre-Mosley watching our gut was just about our waist line. Now it’s about our microbiome, and watching what goes into our gut for general health reasons. This recipe book is a companion to Mosley’s book, bringing you a superb collection of recipes to bring your gut back to optimum health. And it’s written by his wife, who’s a GP, and who also wrote the popular “8-week Blood Sugar Diet Recipe Book”. Having attended an event we held with Michael Mosley last year, I’ve become convinced that there’s a lot in what he says. So, at home, we’ve been using this book and I can vouch for the recipes. The Eggplant Parmigiana is superb, and the Cauliflower baked with lemon and almonds is perfect with a roast. And of course if you suffer from IBS, or have a food intolerance, this is an especially useful cookbook.
